Your track and trace details will be updated once your order has been dispatched, we will will notify you by email when this is the case.

Your order might arrive in multiple packages if:

• The package elements leave our warehouse at distinct times

or

• Multiple couriers are responsible for your parcels.

You can return your product free of charge within 14 days after receiving the product.

Depending on the product and the reason why you want to return, we will either organise a pick-up or we will send you a return label.

Yes, providing you return your product in it’s original unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

All products are protected by 12 month guarantee. 

You are entitled to a dependable product that aligns with its description. A product is deemed faulty if:

  • It arrives incomplete,
  • It arrives damaged or broken,
  • It fails to function as intended,
  • It cannot be used as outlined by the seller.

Should an issue arise, you have the right to be presented with an appropriate resolution to address the matter. Solutions offered by MyFourWalls include replacements or upgrades. 

It’s important to note that damages resulting from weather conditions are not covered by warranty.
